Where to Find
At The Sourdough Pursuit, it's about baking delicious, handmade, naturally leavened, sourdough bread and supporting the local community by using the freshest, local ingredients. By using the CSB model, every loaf I bake already has a home, which means no loaf gets left behind and no ingredients are wasted. The flours I use are milled right here in Whitefish from organic Montana grown grains.
