The Nova Cafe

Nova Cafe, located in the heart of historic downtown Bozeman, is locally owned and serves up the best breakfast in town. Its unique breakfast and lunch menus offer local ingredients deliciously prepared and served in a bustling cafe decorated with local art. The menu provides traditional diner fare such as pancakes, eggs benedict and omelettes as well as a variety of vegan, vegetarian and gluten free options. The coffee and espresso are roasted right down the street and the gluten free pastries are baked by sister restaurant Feed Cafe. Nova Cafe is family friendly with a kids menu, high chairs and toys available for our littlest diners.
