The Cake Girl Whitefish

At The Cake Girl Whitefish, I strive to make beautiful celebration cakes that are also the best cake you have ever eaten. As someone with a background in sustainability, it is really important to me that the cake does three things: 1. looks really pretty, you are celebrating something! 2. Tastes really good; whether you eat all things or have an allergy to something, you should still have a cake that tastes as good as it can. 3. Is sustainably produced; I have a hard time producing things using elements that aren't aligned with my personal ethos, and I feel that when you eat food that is local and slow produced, you feel better for it, and this should extend to special occasions. Using local ingredients produces less waste, keeps the original nutrients in the food and makes the food taste way better!
