Born out of passion to create - Asano Otsu shares her life experiences through her creative original food. Authentic New American Food means fusing her childhood memories of Japan, her Outdoor Education years with Outward Bound Wilderness and all the experiences from businesses and organizations that she worked with in Red Lodge, Montana for the last decade. Everyday Foods is focused on wholesale operation to retailers interested in small batch, locally made goods, specializing in slow fermented sourdough breads featuring fresh stone milled flour from Conservation Grains out of Choteau, MT.
