Roots & Bitters

Roots & Bitters is a food truck operating out of the Bitterroot Valley. Our menu follows our local farmers' and ranchers' seasonal offerings to serve our customers delicious burgers, melts, fritters, and salads. We source locally for meat, dairy, eggs, bread, grains, vegetables, fruit, legumes, and even our fryer oil.
Currently under construction is our food truck park - a place where you can gather with friends and family, choose your food from a variety of food trucks, and drink locally sourced beer, wine, cocktails, and other beverages!
