We raise Grass Finished Wagyu beef. Wagyu is a breed of cattle originating in Japan that produces the legendary “Kobe” beef delicacy famous for its flavor and tenderness. The Wagyu breed produces a higher percentage of beneficial omega oils than other breeds of cattle. Our purebred Wagyu cattle are born and raised in the hills of southeast Montana where we ranch with the longstanding practices of caring for the land and water resources. Our cattle are fed grass and water -- no growth hormones – no antibiotics. We sell by the half and whole beef. We have beef available two times a year, Summer and late Fall. Our customers work with our butchers for how their half or whole is cut and packaged. We pay basic butchering costs and we deliver within our region.
