My mission in creating Mountain Meat Shares is to source meat from local farms that I visit, from farmers I have interviewed that raise animals to my standards—meat I would eat. I then work with local processors to create a finished product that you can enjoy each month.
I source whole animals from local farmers. In this quest, I visit farms to meet the farmers, see the animals and view the land.
Local meat products delivered to Missoula monthly-- pastured pork, chicken and beef, with add-ons of lamb, goat, bison and fish.
