I try to grow or source locally as much as I can for my products. Right now, my Jalapeños (in bread and cowboy candy), herbs and garlic (for herb salt and other seasonings), and onions (for multiple recipes) are all from my garden. Our eggs (duck and chicken) come right from our happy girls in our front yard. Hopefully next year, I will be able to grow all my tomatoes as well.
