Madison Farm to Fork (MF2F), a non-profit organization established out of the, "Take back our food," conversation has taken on the task of cultivating a countywide foodshed. MF2F seeks to promote sustainable local agriculture through sponsorship of a Farmer's market community outreach and Farm to School activities and by growing produce to augment what is already produced in Madison County.
MF2F currently operates a geothermally heated greenhouse and outdoor garden that supply produce to a farmers market and grows produce, to augment what is already produced in Madison County, that supplies a farmers market, local restaurants, and the school in the town of Ennis.
