Hi-Line Kitchen Farm, located in Malta Montana, is a Farm to Table culinary brand, dedicated to crafting fresh, high quality foods rooted in sustainable agriculture and hands on care. From garden to kitchen, we transform locally grown ingredients into thoughtfully prepared products in our commercial kitchen. We provides a Farm to Table experience by growing fruits and vegetables year round, which we sell fresh as well as processed.
We are also a licensed nursery, selling vegetable starts, houseplants, trees and shrubs of all varieties.
We work with several food sufficiency programs, including the Harvest of the Month program, and are sharing our knowledge of the journey from soil to table, striving to help decrease the Food Desert in Montana.
Our kitchen is available for others to process, create and cater, with all equipment provided.
We also have an on site Farmer's Market, U-Pick Food Patch and are RV hosts with camping available on site.
