Fishbone Bakery is a dedicated gluten-free, micro bakery based in Helena, Montana. Ingredients used include as local as possible, and organic when available. Gluten-free staples like pizza dough, dinner rolls, loaves of bread, and a variety of treats are prepared in a home kitchen. Products are available via special order, or at various pop ups scheduled weekly.
