Everblue Gardens is a small urban farm located in Dillon, Montana. We practice regenerative farming by using cover crops, natural soil amendments, and fresh water from Blacktail Deer Creek, part of the greater Yellowstone ecosystem. Our primary crop is garlic, cultivated for scapes, culinary use, and seed production. We specialize in varieties resilient to southwest Montana’s mountain desert climate. In addition to garlic, we offer vegetable nursery starts, eggs from our free-range chickens, and occasionally, raw honey from our bees.
