We are everyday people who wanted to make a difference in the food we eat and the products we use, so here we are producing them for our home and yours. We produce beef the way you remember it. Our ranch became certified organic in 2007 and is full of native grasslands, improved pastures, and pure, clean water just right for raising healthy cattle. Since the beginning, we've been testing and improving our genetics for tenderness and marbling, ensuring the highest quality beef. At Aspen Island, we believe it is time for the value of the customer's life to be reflected in the quality of the product made; we value people, so we create high-quality products.

**We still have beef available for sale beginning in summer 2021. We also deliver beef direct to the consumer, serving the greater Billings area, as well a yearly delivery to Elko, Reno, Sparks, and Carson City, Nevada every October. Contact us for purchasing information.
