As Much As You Knead LLC is an at-home microbakery owned and operated by self-taught sourdough baker, Amanda Flann. Passionate about long-fermented sourdough and teaching others about the joy of baking with wild yeast, Amanda offers both sourdough goods for purchase as well as public/private sourdough classes. In all sourdough endeavors, locally produced flours (such as those by Wheat Montana) are utilized in every batch.
