    41 Grains is a woman-owned food business rooted in the farmland of Eastern Montana. Founded by Kacie and Rex Sikveland, we use crops grown right on our own family farm to craft clean-label, gluten-free foods that showcase the goodness of Montana’s pulse crops—like chickpeas and lentils.

    From the field to your table, our products include everything from freshly milled flours and easy-to-use baking mixes—like brownie and pancake mixes—to gluten-free fish batter, hearty cereals, and our signature Lentil Crunchers snacks. Each product is made simply and honestly, using real ingredients you can trust.
