We grow gourmet mushrooms year-round on our property. We supply local restaurants and stores. We also sell wholesale to some major distributors that sell our mushrooms across Montana and other various states. We are a family run business.
We grow gourmet mushrooms that include: blue oysters, golden oysters, Italian oysters, king trumpets, lions mane, combtooth, black pearl king trumpet oysters, chestnuts and other seasonal mushrooms such as snow oysters and pink oysters.
