Through the Farm to College Program, UM Dining leverages its purchasing power in support of Montana farmers, ranchers and food producers who are committed to ecologically sound and socially just agricultural practices. Since the program began, UM Dining has purchased over $8 million worth of Montana agricultural products. By sourcing local, we are able to provide our guests with the freshest, highest quality food, while also helping to build a more resilient food system here in Montana.
