The Iron Griz: American Bistro serves appetizing dining experiences focused on providing seasonal menus, designed around foods grown from our South Avenue Garden. This season we will feature our new southern Cajun menu, packed with A LOT of flavor – and a little heat, for good measure. Our Farm-to-Table restaurant is nestled against Mount Sentinel and has amazing views on our patio of the University of Montana Golf Course. The Iron Griz host many family-friendly events throughout the year and also holds a wine tasting every Wednesday at the restaurant.
Beyond what we harvest from our garden out front, the majority of our ingredients, beer and wine are sourced from Montana and the Northwest.
We invest in our local agricultural economy and support those producers committed to sustainable practices. By making this investment, we are helping to secure the future of farming and agriculture here in Montana. The results are delicious!
We also support our local college students by hiring them as our servers and cooks. Providing real world job experience, in addition to lessons in hospitality and customer service, will benefit our graduating staff members in any path they choose to follow.
