Bigfork

We raise grassfed, grass-finished lambs (Icelandic, Icelandic-Friesian cross, and registered Lincoln Longwools, along with some Suffolk-Rambouillet crosses) on 100 acres in the Flathead Valley. We utilize regenerative grazing practices including intensive pasture rotations and long pasture rest times that give our sheep new pasture every 2 to 3 days. We work to maintain abundant and botanically diverse pastures that offer our sheep a range of forage types and species (including sainfoin, clover, birdsfoot trefoil, and a variety of grasses) and access to browse throughout the year. In addition to whole and half lambs for sale, beginning in the fall of 2022 we will offer lamb by the cut (chops, roasts, shanks, etc.) We have raw fleeces, lamb pelts, and ram horns for sale, and will begin carrying roving, batts, and yarn in the spring or summer of 2022. We also sell eggs from our pastured, free-range hens!
