It makes them so happy to see people come and enjoy their little slice of heaven here in the Missoula Valley! \nWelcome to Turner Farms! They’re so excited to share our farm with you this fall. Below are answers to our most frequently asked questions to help you plan your visit and make the most of your time at the Pumpkin Festival. \nGeneral Festival Information \n\nWhen are the Pumpkin Festivals?The Pumpkin Patch and Open Farm begins Wednesday\, Oct. 1st! Open EVERY DAY!Our Pumpkin Festival Weekends take place on the first three weekends in October:\n\nOctober 3rd & 4th\nOctober 10th & 11th\nOctober 17th & 18th\n\nDepending on weather and the amount of pumpkins we have\, we may do another Festival Weekend on Oct. 24 & 25th. Stay tuned for updates on that!\n\n\nWhat does admission cost? Admission is absolutely free! The only thing we charge is a smile and a promise of a good time. We want everyone in our community to enjoy the magic of fall on the farm without barriers.\n\nWhat are your hours? \n\nSunday – Thursday: 12:00 PM – 5:00 PM\nFriday: 12:00 PM – 7:00 PM\nSaturday: 12:00 PM – 6:00 PM\nFriday Nights on the Farm: ONLY Oct. 2\, 11\, & 16th (maybe the 23rd depending on weather!) Starting at 4:00 PM\, enjoy live music\, food trucks\, and The Jack Saloon’s cocktail bar for a special evening experience.\n\nWhat’s included during festival weekends?\nFestival weekends are packed with fun for the whole family! You’ll find: \n\nLive music\nFood trucks with delicious local eats\nFace painting\nPumpkin picking in the patch\nFarm store and Fall Shop with seasonal goodies\nOld tractors for kids to sit on and explore — perfect for photos\nBeautiful photo ops all around the farm\nA must-see Pumpkin Wall for the ultimate fall backdrop\nPlenty of space to relax and take in the crisp Montana autumn air\n\nDuring the week days\, the farm is open for self-guided tours\, pumpkin picking\, and shopping — perfect for a quieter visit! \nRules & Safety \n\nAre pets allowed? We love animals\, but please leave pets at home.Outside animals can disturb our livestock and our working farm dogs.To keep stress levels low and ensure the health and safety of our animals\, no outside pets are allowed on the farm.Thank you for respecting our animals and the hard work that goes into caring for them\nCan kids explore freely? For safety\, all children must be supervised by an adult at all times. Turner Farms is a working farm\, which means there’s equipment\, tools\, and animals that could be dangerous if not treated with care and respect. Everyone welcome. \nWhat’s Happening: \n\nPumpkins for Sale & Carving: Pick out a pumpkin (and support our work!) then carve it right here at the farm. They’ll have carving stations with buckets\, hoses\, and kid-safe tools. Bonus: pumpkin guts go to feed the pigs!\nProduce Stand: Stock up on storage veggies like onions and carrots. Bring your own bags/boxes\, or use what we have on hand.\nNew This Year: Gelato Paisons! This year we have partnered with Cool Earth Creamery to provide dairy-free raspberry gelato cookie sandwiches (Paisons) at the party- made locally from oat milk and PEAS Farm raspberries!\nCostumes Welcome! Not required\, but costumes or seasonal flair are encouraged.\n\nSupport the Farm & Take Home \n\nPumpkins: Prices TBD\nProduce: Sold by weight at the produce stand.\nSnacks and Beverages: Farm pressed cider and PEAS farm raspberry Paisons available for purchase.\n\nPayment: Credit cards accepted\, along with cash and check. \nThe PEAS Farm was built for community.
