SUMMARY:Fresh Semolina Pasta with Will's Noods
DESCRIPTION:Join Missoula County Department of Ecology & Extension for Will’s Noods semolina pasta class\, the beginner-level pasta-making class. Each participant will learn to make a semolina dough and how to make 6 shapes: orecchiette\, trofie\, capunti\, cavatelli\, spizzulus\, and fusilli al feretto. \nParticipants will go home with pasta tools to make all of the shapes they learned in class and will be served dinner at the end of class using the pasta they made that day!

SUMMARY:Build Abundant Workshop at Red Hen Farm
DESCRIPTION:Come to the farm May 19 at 6:30 pm. \nBuild two cedar planter boxes\, learn about soil/plant health and practice mindfulness.  Go home with gardening ideas\, two cedar boxes (one for you and one to share with someone in your community) and a few tools for abundant\, generous living. \nThis time is meant to be a time set aside: to be in community\, to be creative\, to relax\, to be thoughtful and to be kind.  It is meant to be helpful to you\, the participant\, in helping you to grow your own food and to also offer a wee framework for day-to-day mindfulness.  Finally\, it is a chance for you to give back to someone in your community and to experience gratitude. \nNote:  It really is that simple.  Sign up\, pay and come learn a bit about gardening and mindfulness while building two cedar boxes. \nIt is also a chance to gather in the Red Hen Farm’s new classroom space.  Wahoo! \nCost: $75 \nEarly bird sign up no later than May 5: $65 \nSign up online here \nor email your RSVP to julieandgreg@redhenfarm.net \nThis opportunity is hosted by both Red Hen Farm and Orchard and Deep Roots Life Coaching.
