DESCRIPTION:The Expanded Food and Nutrition Education Program (EFNEP) offers free nutrition classes for people who: \n• Feed youth under age 19 in their household (or are pregnant and will be feeding youth) OR are emerging adults ages 19–29\, \n\n  AND \n• Currently receive (or qualify for) benefits such as SNAP\, WIC\, free or reduced school meals\, TANF\, or similar programs. \n  \nAll classes are free to attend. You will find a short registration form and current class schedule for upcoming classes at the bottom of this page. \nIn all our classes we will explore: \n\nEating healthy\nIncreasing physical activity\nCreating healthy meals using the Instant Pot\nKeeping a well-stocked pantry\nStretching food dollars\n\nTypically a confirmation email will be sent to you a few days after registration. However\, this registration page will be unmonitored July 29- August 10\, so a confirmation will be sent after this time period.
