SUMMARY:Great Falls USPS Letter Carrier Food Drive
DESCRIPTION:Just leave a non-perishable food in a bag\, or two\, by your mailbox on Saturday\, May 9th by 8:00am and your letter carrier or one of the Great Falls Food Bank volunteers will pick up your donation. \nThese donations go directly to the Great Falls Food Bank to provide food to people who are hungry. \nThe food drives’ timing is crucial. Food banks and pantries often receive the majority of their donations during the Thanksgiving and Christmas holiday seasons. By springtime\, many pantries are depleted\, entering the summer low on supplies. Please help Great Falls Food Bank in their fight to end hunger.

DESCRIPTION:Come build a rain barrel to help conserve water and reduce strain on municipal water supplies while watering your garden and yard! SRWG provides barrels\, hardware\, paint and supplies\, lunch and gifts for each participant. \nThanks to Coca-Cola High Country distributing and TDS Fiber for sponsoring this year’s event. With their sponsors\, SRWG has helped reuse over 9\,000 gallons of rain water. \nThis year there are two sizes of barrels to choose from: 35 or 50 gallon. If you can’t attend but would like to support this program\, donations can be made.
