DESCRIPTION:Join Old Town Farm Stand in unlocking your culinary potential and discovering the joy of creating beautiful\, healthy\, and delicious sourdough bread. \nLearn how to: \n\nkeep your sourdough starter growing and active\nshape a loaf of bread\nturn your home oven into a steam oven\nexpertly score your loaf to make beautiful crust\navoid the most common mistakes\n\nThe class includes supplies which you will take home to be able to bake more bread: \n\n1 banneton\n1 jar of starter\n2 unbaked loaves\nproofing container\nscraper\n\nClasses start at 6:30pm at the farm – 275 Old Town Rd\, Three Forks \nClass lasts ~ 2 hours. You will bake and sample sourdough during the class. \nNote that they hold this class in their second floor bakery. It is located up two sets of stairs\, so if you have mobility challenges this may not be the class for you. \nCancellation Policy – all cancellations must be made at least 7 days prior to the start of class to allow for re-booking. Cancellations made less than 7 days will not result in a refund.
