Supply Chain 101 for Food & Beverage Manufacturers

March 12 - March 13

Impact Washington, in partnership with TechHelp and MMEC, will present a 2-day workshop to provide a foundational understanding of supply chain principles, metrics, tools & technology. The webinar will also do a deeper dive into best practices to support overall business strategy and supply chain optimization – creating value every step of the way.

By taking the time to analyze and understand the different components of successful supply chain practices you will be able to identify more opportunities to optimize your manufacturing efforts.

Workshop content and exercises will help to:

  • Provide a framework for understanding what is between your Current State and your Goals
  • Enable your organization to be more proactive in your purchasing efforts
  • Understand supplier partnerships and leverage data to optimize your approach
  • Better understand risk as a reality and how proactive efforts can minimize the negative impact of unexpected changes
  • Get engaged with the development of supply chain efficiencies to increase understanding of how cost rolls up, what changes save money, and the value of information

The session will run for 3 hours on both days (March 12 and 13) from 10 am to 1 pm (Mountain Time). The webinar link for the 2-day workshop will be sent separately.
