ServSafe® Food Handler Training and Certification

The food handler course offers a brief overview of food safety in preparation for a ServSafe 3-year food handler certification. This course covers the following topics: personal hygiene, controlling time and temperature, preventing cross contamination, and cleaning and sanitizing.
