Join Missoula County Department of Ecology & Extension for Will’s Noods semolina pasta class, the beginner-level pasta-making class. Each participant will learn to make a semolina dough and how to make 6 shapes: orecchiette, trofie, capunti, cavatelli, spizzulus, and fusilli al feretto.

Participants will go home with pasta tools to make all of the shapes they learned in class and will be served dinner at the end of class using the pasta they made that day!
