Provecho makes rustic, handmade Mexican food using organic, local, and heirloom ingredients in Bozeman, Montana. Craft is at the center of what we do, almost everything we serve is made from scratch, in house. At the root of our cooking is a profound respect for the centerpiece of the Mexican kitchen, the corn. We source heirloom corn from Montana and Mexico, nixtamalize it and mill it into the masa we use to make our tortillas, tamales, and more. We use local meats, produce, and pantry items to make a menu of wholesome and delicious Mexican dishes for you!
