We raise Scottish Highland cattle for breeding stock and grass fed/pasture finished beef. The beef is harvested in the late summer to early winter. We also sell excess garden produce during the growing season. No pesticides or herbicides are used on my pastures or garden. My cattle are vaccinated once after weaning. Pour on wormers are used once a year. Homeopathic and herbal remedies are utilized when necessary. Local hay is fed from late fall to early spring.
