Current Farm-to-Table projects include:

A Commercial Kitchen in MT for food entrepreneurs and caterers to prepare food for the public.

A Local Buyer's Guide to help you find local food in our region (or if you are a grower or producer, to help customers find you).

We have also been assisting Dawson Community College in their planning process for a Culinary Arts program. Culinary Classes are now underway, taught by chef Garth Clingingsmith. Culinary classes will train chefs to work with local growers and producers as well as the skills of food preparation, safety and management.
